Customized Design Service for Kitchen, Bath and Other Renovations

Services Include:
  • Unlimited design consultation and concepts regarding state-of-the-art cabinetry styles and finishes, countertops, appliances, flooring, lighting and hardware.
  • Design and layout of custom cabinetry for the home or office; including kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, wall units, furniture and closets.
  • Design of countertops utilizing various surface materials; including granite and other natural stones, concrete, Corian©, laminate, stainless steel and quartz products.
  • Interior design and accompanying clients during the granite and tile selection process.
  • Aid in selection and ordering of fixtures/faucets

DESIGN PROCESS

Where To Begin: Visit Our Showroom!

Upon your initial visit to our showroom, we provide preliminary design ideas with budgetary pricing for cabinetry at no cost (customer-supplied rough drawings with measurements of existing space is helpful). By the end of this initial visit you will have a much clearer vision of how we will design a kitchen/ bathroom you love, while staying within your budget. The time spent will also give you a chance to determine whether or not you will feel comfortable working with us throughout the design process.

Continuing the design process:

Continuing the design process requires a non-refundable fee of $500.00, for an estimate with dimensions supplied by customer OR a non-refundable fee $750.00 for an on-site evaluation with measurements taken by Signature Kitchens, Inc. Both of these include reviewing a computer generated preliminary design for cabinetry and an accurate cost based on the preliminary design. Computer generated/designer drawings are not released unless Signature Kitchens is retained. The initial design fee is applied toward the purchase of cabinetry.

Designing with Signature Kitchens:

If you decide to retain Signature Kitchens, Inc. for design services, 25% of the anticipated cabinet cost (less initial deposit) is required. The design process will continue until all design goals are met! This means we present to you as many ideas and alternatives as needed, until we reach a version that you feel completely comfortable with. Once the final design drawings are complete, 50% of cabinet and counter top cost (less previous payments) is required prior to sending in the final cabinetry order. Fixtures and Appliance selections: Signature Kitchens will work with you as you select features and appliances for your kitchen or bath to ensure they are fully integrated into the design.

Finalizing the process:

Upon receipt of 50% of the cabinet and counter top cost, we can send in the final cabinetry order to the manufacturer. From this point on, it will take 6-8 weeks before the cabinets are delivered to your home. During 6-8 week waiting period, it's time to finish up odds and ends; such as picking out your countertop (whether it be granite or quartz or Corian) and picking out hardware, and other material such as tile, your faucet, and various other accessories. We will accompany you throughout each process. (your fixtures and appliances will have been chosen before the cabinet order). From this point you can expect to have a functioning kitchen/bathroom within 4 to 5 weeks.
